API requests authenticate with bearer credentials issued for a partner, clinic, user, or internal workflow. The credential type determines which organization, clinic, partner account, and resources the request can access.
Credential setup
Credentials should be created during onboarding with a clear owner, allowed workflow, environment, and rotation plan. Treat partner and clinic credentials as separate access lanes even when they touch the same prescription workflow.
